Learn how to ground and balance the body back to health using the two ohm tuning forks and major acupuncture points on the body. This class teaches you how to calm stress , develop the feeling of security, and become grounded & balanced. Acupuncture points are taught that can help restore balance from heat (fever, hot flash), immune system imbalance (allergies, virus), fatigue, upper respiratory/nasal imbalance (sinus congestion, breathing), pain, blood pressure imbalance, and headache, as well as calm the emotions.

STEP-BY-STEP SELF CARE ROUTINE
Learn how to use a pair of tuning forks and a self care routine via live demo & pictures along with shared powerpoint. This module is a step-by-step protocol we do together live via a Zoom online video meeting. I show you how to use the forks and where. You are placing the vibrating tuning forks on yourself at the same time with guidance. You can access the documents with pictures of the same steps to use after the class is over on Google Classroom. Either download and print or view directly from the classroom. Don't have a printer? Arrange to have it printed and mailed in advance for a printing and mailing cost fee.

AFTERNOON- INTERACTIVE PRACTICUM

TREATING AND RECEIVING LONG DISTANCE OR TREAT A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER
Through live/ video demonstration and guidance, you learn how to give Acutonics to others. While I like my students to practice receiving and sending Acutonics to another student in a zoom virtual breakout room, you may elect to practice on a household member in virtual zoom room if we have an odd number of students. Students need a stuffed animal, doll or the laminated acupuncture body map available through me or Amazon to send distance under my techniques. The protocol with pictures is on Google Classroom to treat others when the class is over.

The one day class is a good way to get a taste of Acutonics without much time investment to determine if you would like the 3 day Acutonics Level I class. Graduates of this class can receive up to $75 off on Level I Acutonics tuition.
